An accountability system only works if people can challenge it. Concerns are received confidentially, recorded as cases and reviewed independently of the people they concern.
What you can report
- A safeguarding concern about a beneficiary, a child or a vulnerable adult
- A request for money made in the name of Helping Hand Liberia outside the official channels
- Payment instructions that appear to have been changed
- A vendor that did not deliver, or delivered less than was approved
- A conflict of interest involving staff, verifiers, partners or vendors
- A published listing that appears inaccurate or unsafe
- Support that was promised to a beneficiary but never received
